Phantom Fabs?

Has it ever happened to you gone to fab a nice photo and when you click on it, it states you have already done it when you know you haven't.

Aw, I was going to grab the popcorn in anticipation of a ghost story (The Haunted Forum?).

On the mobile site I sometimes click the fab instead of the photo.
