You'll all av to when we leave europe, else Mrs May will put an import tax on it.

That's assuming Boris doesn't outlaw it as "not the sort of thing served in POW camps"

Or will we have to call it Freedom Toast?

Fair point!

I've heard in Scotland it's going to be called "braveheart toast" and it will be coloured blue and have the cross of Saint Andrew toasted into it if sturgeon gets her way!

Braveheart toast is a different recipe. That's coated in a batter made with Buckfast Tonic then deep-fried.

Them scots are hardcore.

Trowbridge

Why have eggy bread when you can have window pane eggs.

Cut a hole in a slice of bread and fry it with an egg in said hole.

Cardiac Arrest on a plate but so bloody nice

French Toast I only ever here that from Americans.

It is Bread and eggs is it made it France no French toast should only be called it in France in my opinion.

Just like other stuff from country's Germany Black Forrest Gateau or however it is spelt should be called that ever where else it should be chelate cake with fruit.

Alaska pie should only be called that in Alaska.

Chocolate cake should maybe be something else as it a cake made of chocolate.

If eggy bread should be changed.

Where does one end it?.

I grew up calling it gypsy toast but I suppose that is not pc now. I call it egg fried bread now. I don't call it French toast like I don't say French fries.
