I've just tried this and it worked. Been snoozing for 30 mins, didn't want to get out of bed, eyes were still half closed. I just psyched myself up and leapt out the bed doing a star jump. Now I feel wide awake!

Great advice. Just whacked my head on a cupboard doing a fookin star jump and knocked the lamp onto my toe. Ouch |

I can't be dealing with snoozing..my alarm goes off android I'm up - snoozing is just teasing myself lol! My OH is one of those that has about 10 alarms every morning 5-10 mins apart.. |
