After quitting the ciggies... I knew my taste and smell would improve and they totally have... every night the smells I smell on the walk home from work are amazing and I'd never really noticed them before.
However, do you think giving up smoking has an effect on how hot you like stuff? As in hot spicy hot rather than temperature hot...

I'm not sure if it will, I still smoke and aren't really a fan of anything that hot, but maybe I'm just weak, or do you mean you tolerance may decrease? |

I haven't noticed my senses improved since changing to a vape.
Though I did think my usual Chinese was spicier than normal..Maybe they just had a slip of the hand? |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
OP, have you noticed your taste buds are more sensitive to other strong flavours?
Have you started to notice how strong the smell of cigarettes is on people when you're out walking yet?
