I've been eating (264grams) three tins of mackerel in evoo everyday for the last 9 days and now I've turned my internal juices into a fish. I'm not opal fruit fanny anymore. I noticed quite a disgustingly pungent smell after having my morning pee the last couple of days. Plus I've been eating asparagus but I'm drinking over 3 litres of water a day and throughout the day it goes away, it's only the morning one.
Should I put a warning on my profile that I'm on a fish diet and there's a possibility I'd be a bit funky?

Most fishes are full of omega 3 give me tuna, salmon or sea bass instead any day |

As some of you are aware I'm eating a tin of sardines for lunch everyday. Fish in the evening and cod liver oil. I am now so flatulent it's not even funny anymore! |

"You shouldn't eat more than three portions of oily fish a week, else you'll get more mercury than is good for you.
I love mackerel, but I couldn't eat that much!"
It's normally the bigger fish that have the most mercury, tuna, shark.
I've just been googling and it is bad to eat too much.
It's bloody lovely though and 18 grams of protein per tin and hardly any carbs. Will reduce it to a tin every other day. Need to find something else to replace it with.
Too much turkey bad? Hard boiled egg whites? |

Too much turkey bad? Hard boiled egg whites?" Too much anything bad the hint is in the "too much" part egg whites are bloody good for you but don't neglect the yolk its still good as well. |

Too much turkey bad? Hard boiled egg whites?" Yes you may hear about yolk and fat and cholesterol but unless your pouring 6-8 a day down your neck your not going to be approaching any threshold wherw its bad for you. |

Ot still has omega 3 in O don't know this but I'd guess most fish do from small to large quantities. Tuna is some top shelf protein guys go easy but please do make sure you have a little |

264grams daily is a bit much. I eat fish almost everyday and I don't eat that much. Too much protein intake comes out the other way because your body can't store protein efficiently and the average person needs around 20grams every 2-4 hours give or take.
Also too much protein can cause nitrogen unbalance which put stress on the kidneys and liver. |
