"Should be removed from meat as part of the skimming world eating plan
Do you like fat? " yup. i painfully remove mine or if I am ordering from the butcher I get them to do it before I cook it as my willpower for some nice fat on meat is about zero x |

I am amazed there is a world of slimmers cutting fat off meat to lose fat.
Id think so long as you gill or griddle it is not sitting in it's own fat but still kept moist and you are not adding more in the cooking process. |

Just had a big rump steak with a healthy bit of fat. Here's some facts for you the fat does give the meat great flavour, it's also nutritious and good for you in balanced quantities, my rump steak had really tasty bits of fat that were basically like jelly between bits of steak. What I cant bare is the hard rindy fat it had a bit of that so I chewed round it and left it for the dogs. |

Fat=flavour!
But I cut visible fat off on the plate.
I tend to use leaner cuts anyway but I use butter and full fat milk.
I saw something recently about a study where there was a correlation between weight problems and low fat foods!
Probably because it helps you feel fuller for longer? Who knows?!
I can lose weight and still eat fat, things like oily fish and avocados are "fatty", but it's not saturated fats that you find in junk foods x |

Probably because taking fat out reduces flavour, so they add sugar instead.
It's better to have a small portion of high quality food than a large portion of low quality food. A lot of weight problems are caused by our propensity to fill and clear our plates. |
