I think a lot read profiles before reading a message.
If it's obvious the person isn't what they're looking for or hasn't read their profile, then the message gets deleted unread. |

When I'm meeting I still don't reply to every message but I do read them all. I tend to file them wanna meet goes to my hotlist. Maybes get a private note on them and no ways get deleted. Xxx |

It does not bother me
If i send a message and they dont reply i just take it as a no thanks
I don't even bother to check if its been read or deleted, to be honest i don't understand why people do that, what do you gain by keep checking your sent mail? if they reply they reply |
