Exactly a week today since I last had a cigarette, I would've spent £36 on fags by now so I had my nails done as a treat instead. Got stiletto shape with gel polish like a French manicure but had silver glitter instead of white tips.
Think I can safely say I'm on the road to being a non smoker. Feel so proud. |

Excellent news.
I've been getting my nails done since I gave up the booze last March. A good tip is to tell your friends n family then if they see you without your posh nails they can give your head a wobble for you.  xxx |

Yeah will need to change my username and do I take off the smoker status, I am using a vape though but is that cheating? It's 6mg so quite low nicotine but it's taking the edge off morning cigs and after meal cigs and stopping my head bouncing off the wall cigs!
Convinced my best friend to buy one last Wednesday and she hasn't smoked since, easier for both of us to not smoke around each other, she's even given up so it's a double achievement for her. |

It does not matter how you do it giving up the ciggies is the main thing, and vaping is way cheaper so you still save money.
And when you are ready giving up the vape will be easier

Far from it but always used to find it to buy a pack every other day 9 quid a pop.
Aside from the money it's the thinking about if I've got enough fags to last through the night feeling has gone. I can come straight home from work or one of my daughters classes and don't have to think about anything! |
