Has anyone had a parking fine from the above and not paid.

I have in the past and successfully ignored them. Beware that the rules have changed some recently and that some parking companies have been enforcing 'charge notices' in courts.

I'm reliably informed that in England & Wales you must pay up.

In Scotland, you can ignore them.

I parked in a wrong space and got a ticket in a local council car park...

I fought and won as the car park one way system didn't allow you to drive to the spaces...

There have been other forum threads on car Park tickets with lots of feedback and advice, if you can find them. Not this company only but about the processes etc
