I've made some great friends through fab not just make ones either.
One it two I can say if either left fab we would always remain friends and be there for one another |

Messaging a couple yesterday and said about making friendships as much as having sexy fun, personally don't see anything wrong in that I'm glad I've seen this thread!!! Anyway said couple (obviously won't mention names) then preceded to take the piss and said if you want to make friends go on a friends site we are only here for one thing, thought it was highly amusing that we talked of building friendships!!! Anyway block and move on  |

anyway, OP, i think if you meet people off the site irl there's the potential there, otherwise it's a lot more hard to make friends here.
it's confusing a little as well. was talking to someone else and they mentioned people tend to keep their distance more on a site like this and i agree. do it myself too, don't want to be seen as clingy or whatever. i don't find this type of interaction a freindship or fulfilling.
i feel like i can't go with the flow with many people. there's more people with an agenda on here or people that are fake or people also keeping their distance. then you get your people wanting to spoil anything you get with someone else. so, if you can stay away from the toxic people you could do alright. just like non sexual friendships i suppose. |

Absolutely. I found my best friend here. He's good at the fun too which is a bonus.
I also found many others I class as a friend. Always a good thing.
I can't have fun with people I don't like on a personal level. This way seems to work for me. |

Definitely - I still chat to someone on here that I've known for a few years now.
I'm hoping some of the other fabbers I speak to will be buddies as well |

Fab friend or real friend?
Is there a difference, in some cases I think there is. A friend whilst they're indulging in this lifestyle when they leave the friendship goes too. Not in all cases but in some.

I have made some very good friends from fab and I have also had a lot of fun. So yes both are possible.
