hi there you lovely bunch of people . I've opened a box of mini round doughnuts with chocolate coated tops and I'm pigging out on them with a fresh coffee now my working day is over and done with.
the box is open so help yourselves otherwise I'm going to eat the whole dam lot all by my self there that moreish .
I don't think my waist line can take another pigging out this close to my Christmas pigging out ,so please dive in and help yourselves as you will be doing me a solid by doing so.

let me think about that are you good company can you laugh at bad jokes
