It doesnt help no, but Just sleeping when my body needs to at the minute. Havent generally sleep longer than 4 hours at any one point since last monday |

Yeah I'm like that I don't seem to sleep more than 4 or 5 hours a night.

nah not today, just waiting for the eldest to text saying dad can you pleaseeeeeeeee take me to work, even though he already knows his 8 year old brother is staying over and I've told him no. His last comment last night was I'll have to get the bus then by that time I'd already lost it with him.
