Then you need to see someone. I'd offer to feel your testes but I don't think it would relieve the pain.

...Up on the Downs

You've got something out of alignment and you're putting a strain on other areas - go to an osteopath or chiro.

Sure, you just pick up the phone, but try to get a recommendation if you can, your GP's surgery might hold some numbers.

A couple of times I've put something out of kilter when I had a fall from a horse and all hell broke loose when I tried to start exercising again. A good osteo can see and feel crookedness in seconds and hopefully fix it.

The Osteo I used to see charged £60 per hour but I'm in London, with London overheads.

Sciatica usually sends a shooting pain down one butt cheek and leg... any of that?

If you have had a busy week.. I'd err towards pulling a muscle

Do you think it might be a viral thing? Flu can give you achy joints? My daughter's got a stinker of a cold, i had my flu jab about a month ago though.

Have you tried such thing as a doctor

Would have thought their advice would be a lot better than on a swingers site

Yeah seems that a trained professional might give an accurate diagnosis and even possible be able to help relieve said symptoms!

Where did the initial pain start?

Other aches / pain can be because you're over compensating for the source of the pain.
