Halved Croissants slightly grilled and topped with cream cheese, scrambled eggs and salmon.

Not the best post gym meal but I loved it!

I had a ham cob with humous (sp?) on it. Few cherry tomatoes, stick of celery and carrot. A few crisps. Small packet of smarties. Cup of tea. Cough sweets.
