Grower verses show'er... Some people are small flaccid and when erect are a completely different size. Some see almost no change from their flaccid state. Then everything in between.
As someone above said... Add scrotom size variations.
So, unless you are dragging along the floor in the flaccid state... Nothing to worry about. |

Insanely dumb question that can be answered by the BBC kids puberty page.
Your cock changes length all the time and how loose your balls are changes all the time.
99% of the time size worries are all in your head and as long as you can see your cock and it's not dragging on the floor you won't be at an extreme either way and nothing to worry about |

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else |
"Hi when a guy is flaccid how many inches should he be below the scrutum as I hang past it so tell me is that normal or am I a freak."
You're a bit weird for obsessing over something you can't affect, but physically all is well.

I believe current government guidelines state a range of 7 to 23mm. If you extend beyond that you could find yourself with a custodial sentence, so beware. |

What a ridiculous question.
It's basically a "look at my cock ladies"
Thread
I very much doubt that any women on here are interested in a flaccid penis and it's size.
If you are concerned go to your GP.
But you will be wasting valuable NHS resources.
Does it work correctly when hard?
If so does it matter how it hangs when soft. |
