Hi everyone
How close to your home town do you swing?
We started off by going to chameleons in Brum, thinking we wouldn't then bump into people from our own area. WRONG!
At least three couples there the first night we new.lol. Now we bump into other swingers in the frozen food section of supermarkets, parent evenings and once a close relation.
We couldn't stop giggling at christmas dinner.
We see this as just part of the fun now
& dont have any hangups about meeting local swingers.
How about everyone else, do you like to play further away or does it matter? |

As close as possible, I'm too much of a skinflint to travel
We have a couple of great swinging friends / playmates no less than 2 miles away, often bumping into one of them in the local Morrisons supermarket and the other one everytime I go to one of our offices at work ... |

We used to travel but now we will meet couples that are local and have bumped into people at the supermarket
I don't feel comfortable with meeting single guys that are local though xx |

We have a rule that we don't deliberatly meet people that live within a couple of miles of us. If we meet local people at a club or social do, fair enough, but we wouldn't play with them.
Seen it happen too many times that people become intense, then there's a falling out, then whispers happen round the local area.....
Not happened to us yet and don't want it too.

We don't worry or get embarrassed about bumping into anyone off the site,after all we're all in the same boat.Anyone who feels that way is playing the wrong game.

Yeah I can relate to that; specifically in the job I do, spend most of my time in nd around B’Ham…was at club in west brom nd saw two women nd partners there. Not sure who was surprised more me or them. And since seen them in town…does make you smile…well at least I got there phone numbers lol. |

i don't mind swinging local im just a bit weary as i have had a cpl bad experiences that involved my kids, one guy came over to me while i was shopping with my 16 year old daughter and said quite opening, hey you use swinging heaven don't you, ive seen you on cam, i did'nt know weather to sink into the floor or smack him and another guys saw me stood in the bus stop with my youngest one morning while i was taking her 2 school and he said to me in the open chat room, im sure i saw you today stood at the bus stop on ...*he put name of street*... was you with a kid about 5 with ...*he then went on to fully descibing my daughter in the room*... with a ...*he put the name of my childs school in the room*... i was actually gob smacked that someone would do that but hey you live and learn lol |

We have a few very close to home friends... Never caused us any issues so far.
Has the added bonus of those quick spur of the moment meets too.. Yummy!! |
