Is it just me or is it annoying when profiles don't have pics on for us to see who you are ( or just to perv over) even though they've been here be it either just joined or over a year.

Not really... its personal choice as to whether you put pics up or not. Plenty of reasons someone may choose not to

Not really. I just don't message people if they have no profile for me to go on or their message doesn't intrigue me when my filters are off. Pics can come later in a conversation; I'm not that visual when it comes to attraction.
