white collar boxing

Has anyone ever participated or attended a white collar boxing match. I boxed for a few years as a youth and loved the training. Someone mentioned white collar boxing the other day and it's got me curious but the reports I have read are bad that your not matched up fairly or the refs are crap if I sign up I don't want to fight someone twice my size lol.
