"Just finished off chicken in a honey and mustard sauce with rice followed by strawberry cheesecake..........now feel very bloated and in need of a massage.........."
That sounds really good!!
And the dinner!
I made a chicken madras from scratch... back on the diet! Was pretty good and now I'm going to park on the sofa for a while and decide which crime thing to watch first! |

Chicken stock with chili flakes, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, dark soy, sweet chili sauce with scallops, prawns and pak choi
Rice noodles add at the last minute
Layered on top sliced roast chicken cooked wrapped In pancetta garnished with sliced chili, coriander and spring onions
Asolutely great... And helps with the permanent diets thought I did have a taste of a cake in Neros at lunchtime

Just back from dads where the menu was...pate and crusty bread, steak and pepper sauce, homemade chunky chips, onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, then chocolate cake and ice cream.
Eaten 3 hours ago, and I still feel full.
Coffee and telly for me the night. |
