Anyone finding Friday the 13th to be unlucky?

Worst that has happened to me is I have a blue tongue but I'm to blame for eating my kids sour sweets

i got a bit down about being told i have to go for more blood tests and not getting the painkillers i wanted (that actually work) but i don't think that's unlucky.

and i can get these blood tests done at my dr surgery and not have to travel to hospital so that's lucky.

Fear of Friday the 13th has so many spooked, there’s now a word for it – friggatriskaidekaphobia. Etymologically speaking, Frigg is the Norse goddess whom Friday was named after. Another name for it is paraskevidekatriaphobia, loosely based on the Greek word for Friday. But some even fear the number itself, known as triskaidekaphobia.

Its complete bollocks in other words!!!

Was feeling a bit shit first thing. Spinning Class injury. Started next module of my uni work and really enjoying it so far, so that cheered me up. Then I got my monthly Birch Box delivery. Even better. Then my DBS certificate arrived so I can start my job AND my lovely dad also sent an Amazon gift card that he won't use so I was able to buy some blackhead removal face stuff which I have wanted for AGES! Soooooooooooo all in all a good day! Miss C. Xx

Me too! Just waiting for my man to get home, mainly to help me off the super low soft couch I've sat on and can't get out of due to hurting thighs. Miss C. Xx

Extremely lucky for me today. My hotlistee has noticed me, there's a beautiful forumite I've found and I can over pay the mortgage this month. And my presentation just needs proofreading. So I feel like I am winning today.

It came about because Friday 13th was the day the Pope and King of France executed a purge on the Knights Templar in France, destroying their power in Europe. Not many survived but many that did fled to England and Scotland
