When I had a problem I contacted customer care and they were brilliant. The lady concerned solved the issue in 10 minutes and she then said she would deal with any future problems, should they occur. |

I've been with them for about 17 years. Every 12 months I phone up and say I'm moving to BT/Virgin/Amazon Prime and they reduce my charges by 25%. If you don't ask for a discount you won't ever get one! |
