A friend approached me to help them drain the water sediment or in their Kia Sedona. I have no idea where the flaming thing is.

Any help will be appreciated. It's an 04 diesel 2.9 engine.

Erm bottom hose on radiator if you mean engine coolent .or diesel filter would be near pump. ...?
