Supplements Ginseng (for "vitality") and Ginkgo Biloba (increases blood flow to small capillaries) Exercises 1 - health and fitness Just move more. Shift some weight if you need to, but main aim is to get heart pumping and get your lungs working better. Training 2 - cock training (the fun bit!) All of the above is to help improve the overall health and effectiveness of your body, with a specific leaning towards blood flow, because that's how your cock works! But, to make it effective, you need to get that blood into your cock more often to build a more dense and more effective network of blood vessels in your cock.
