I always sleep in shorts and depending on if it's hot or cold then either a vest or t-shirt...
Very rarely will I scrap the shorts and just sleep in whatever lingerie I was wearing that day  |

Most of the time I naked or just one of hubbys long shirts, can't wear any underwear in bed just irratates me, John sleeps but naked all the time though think most guys do really |

Normally nude.
Strangely sleeping in a t-shirt sometimes helps if I'm too warm. More breathable, I guess.
A t-shirt also helps if it's two warm people in bed together to stop the shared heat creating that claggy layer of sweat sticking you both together  |
