£20 on a scratchcard yesterday, initially I felt very pleased with myself until my Daughter said "but it's not £100,000" and proceeded to ask me what I'd do with that much money. After much deliberation I decided I'd pay £40k off the mortgage, £15-20k on redecorating, £10-15k on a holiday to some far flung foreign shores and stick the rest in my savings. Oh and around £1500 on lego sets that the kiddiwinks and Husband have been pestering me for.
So what would you do with your winnings? |

"£100k?
Would be mortgage free and the rest would go toward a new kitchen"
That was Fred's plan, however as our mortgage is relatively low in terms of repayments I think the money could be better utilised |

"Some towards the mortgage. Rest towards books, an Aston Vantage and some overpriced lingerie. Oh and a bit for my brother's uni fund and a mini holiday for the rest of the siblings."
That's nice I didn't even think about my brother and sister
I'd buy my brother a flight to Thailand not sure about my Sister |

Pay off my mortgage, buy a new van , buy my God daughter a pony and give her mum sine money to look after it for a while, pay off credit cards, go to Vegas and still have about 25k left so I guess it could be saved for my pension. I'd be happy with £20 to be honest. |

I've had a chat today about uni interviews so it's sort of at the front of my mind (is that the expression?). |
