We're supposed to write our starting stats down and take before pictures (I've taken them, I'm not putting them public here) write down your goal and how you're going to achieve it. Write your meal plans for each day or can just do the week if it's going to be fairly similar over the next 12 weeks. Write down your training routine like if you're gonna do a full body/split, write down what exercises you're doing, how many sets and what weight.

Then just give each other help or tips of people ask for them and just general encouragement to keep on the wagon.

I've lost 5lb since Monday and I've stopped smoking since Monday so no big achievement there and I'm using a vape so not going full cold turkey.

I'm due on in the next week or so I can feel myself wanting chocolate so bad but I'm not gonna cave. I bought the baby heinzy chocolate biscotti fingers that my daughter had when she was a baby, they're fuck all in calories and sugar but will take the edge off (I hope)
