As I cook some sausages off for a spot of lunch, I would like to pose the type of philosophical question that can only be answered here in the FAB forum.
Red sauce or Brown?
I'm purely a Brown sauce man when it comes to bacon, sausage, egg etc, and I think red sauce is just for chips!
Thoughts fellow fabsters x |

"brown sauce for sausages and bacon
mayonnaise for chips "
I'm definitely warmingbto Mayo with chips, but it'll clearly have to stop once Brexit is in effect! We won't be able to do anything vaguely European |

"Don't like brown sauce so has to be ketchup for me...or if I can introduce a third option...mayo!!"
I love mayo with almost everything. It's actually quite disgusting the combos I come up with. |

"Brown sauce is for bacon.

Well we are all entitled to our opinions and choices.
But yours are half wrong! "
You know, op, you need to respect everyone's individual preferences. People have every right to not like Brown sauce and, as hurtful as it may be, they're not wrong for not finding Brown sauce attractive or desirable. Just because red sauce is more alluring for some, they mustn't be castigated for having different desires.
Each to their own

Ooooh this a controversial thread if I ever did see one ha ha.
So no sauce on bacon butties unless it's a tomato dip which is different to tomato sauce.
Definitely no sauce on egg butties.
Brown sauce if any on sausage sarnies.
Mayo is my sauce of choice for most things or a bit of bbq for mcds chips.
Once every few years I will have the urge to try a blob of tomato sauce with chips.
