In the interests of relentless self-promotion, I've just looked at my profile and realised that it is out-of-date, with the exception of the image uploaded this evening.
Don't waste your time looking, as I will be amending it.
The forum question is; how often do you update your profile and what is your take on a profile?
Has anyone, ever, met with someone with a profile that reads 'will put up more later' or 'photographs to follow' from nine monts, or so, ago.

Jesus that is stupidly long, sorry I wouldn't waste my time reading it. For me I like to read more than one sentence on a profile but I couldn't be bothered to read a dissertation. |

Update mine as and when I discover its missing something, or needs a bit of a tweek. so every few months, and then three times in that day untill I'm happy that the new wording doesn't make me sound twatish, nor too poncy.
