That's quite low in calories but if your fibro is stopping you eating you've got to just eat what you can.
Hot dog sausages are mechanically reformed chicken so that's all the gloop and the beaks and all the crap that's scraped from the machines-infact nobody really knows about mechanically reformed meat because they've never let any media source film how they do it. There's absolutely no nutritional value in a tinned hot dog.
The energy drink is full of sugar as well, my friend drinks a relentless everyday and she said the only thing that quenches her thirst other than an energy drink is water with fresh lemons squeezed in it, maybe try that instead.
Did you google the bentonite clay stuff you'd be better going for the calcium bentonite clay, it will draw all toxins out of your body and boost your energy. |

Yeah...I don't usually do the cheap hot dogs I usually get bratwurst but tescos sent them. I did look up the clay and it's got some very good evidence behind it. I get my vits from h and b cos although expensive it's the only place I can reliably buy my cbd oil. They now send me vouchers so when I go into town next I'll get some.
Tonights food intake will be
Approx 100gms of chicken breast
Black Bean sauce with added Peanuts
Steamed basmati rice
Pineapple fingers
Mango fingers
Fluid intake will be water. Xxx |
