I think I should have started this this morning..

but anyway, here goes..

I did a pic (nude) this morning but its in my private folder on my phone until i have something I can compare it with and then they will both go up together ..

the weigh in was a bit of a shocker

its a good job I'm 6ft is all I can say, and the weight appears to have distributed fairly evenly...

I am a 12/14 dress size but could do with losing a stone so that's what I'm aiming for and as I am also doing dry January I don't think it will be too difficult to achieve

I am doing a 2 week fasting diet

black coffee for breakfast, then nothing until dinner time (unless I get peckish around 3 then I can have an apple and a small amount of cheese or 12 almonds)

Dinner is 600 calories of protein/veg/salad with a fruit based pudding

I can also drink as many fruit teas as I can stand plus water

exercise this morning (aside from housework) was a circuit walking around town, incorporating two steep hills

so far its going well

Well it's harder at the start as you get used to eating less on those days, but it won't be long before you see the results

If you leave out carbohydrates your body will bloat as soon as they are consumed - it'll put all your effort back 4 weeks so be sure to have a varied diet.
