Don't think there's a specific time. Build yourself up over a cpl weeks. There was a point I needed anal plus clit to get off for diy purposes. If you enjoy and relax then a lot quicker. Just remember to push into it

I've advised people to start small but actually found, when younger and moving away from my anal virginity, that longer cocks were easier to accommodate and adjust to.

Advice: use toys, always loads of lube, whether with toys or otherwise and time it so that your horniness is at its peak: you will much more easily enjoy and take it. Regular and frequent repetition will increase your abilities. Everyone is unique: but I'd expect that as you increase to daily frequency, one to two weeks should be sufficient for most people.
