Last night I got told I should be a bit more direct
I had a think about this and it made me smile as I am not like that I sometimes will say something that is a bit more forward than usual
But for me I just like to chat
People sometimes think i just want to chat and not play because of that that's not the case
Normally I am chatting to you because I like talking to you. Does anyone else have same challenges |

well it depends on what you talk about i suppose but i think you can tell more about someone if you chat with them before you meet, so you can maybe find out if they are the right ones for you.
I dont like it much when men send me a message when they expect me to say straight away if i will meet them. Then again if a man is slow on calling me when i have given him my phone number i can easily lose interest. Friendly not pushy is the way to be. |

Sometimes I like to chat and sometime I like to play. I prefer when the people who want to play are direct (but not rude) about it because otherwise I assume it's just chat. |

"It's a fine line between being too quick (creepy, desperate, sexist pig) and being too casual (not interested after all even though he said he was)
And it can be confusing at our end too  "

with single females a man should be direct but with couples better to let them invite you. |

yes.... i got told "less chatting more doing"....
I think that was there way of telling me i am a gobshite.....
i've been told i am way too laid back in clubs.... a lot of other people just scuttle about like they patrol the play areas... i just sit back and watch the people patrol.... |

I tend to air on not intreasted and 2 people said to me why didn't i invite the person I was talking to for a play
She was a semi newby and I kinda was waiting for right time  |

Well when the OP messaged me I remember him being very direct! 
If I want to chat I use the forums. If I message people its to arrange a meet. It might come across as short but I am not the friendliest person around. |
