We had roast pork, roast potatoes, stuffing, veg and home made apple sauce. I am a domestic goddess on a Sunday lol ??

The trick is not to brown the chicken first but just poach it in chicken stock. That way it's lovely and moist when it's time to serve

Went out last night had a very nice steak followed by pussy for desert a very rare treat but was only allowed to eat it so made a pig of myself, best get in and see what is for tea tonight now, you lot are making me hungry.
