The trick is not to brown the chicken first but just poach it in chicken stock. That way it's lovely and moist when it's time to serve |

Went out last night had a very nice steak followed by pussy for desert a very rare treat but was only allowed to eat it so made a pig of myself, best get in and see what is for tea tonight now, you lot are making me hungry. |
