diamond.
a trick i learnt a long time ago was to place a radio in a corner of a room.
set it to a talk radio station and set the volume so you can just make out the conversation from where your sleeping.
shut out all the light in the room and well your planning to sleep go to bed.
relax and let your brain listen to the radio.
if you have set the volume right you'll soon be dropping off as your brain is trying to make out the conversation.
can take a while for you to get use to the idea but it works for me and has for others.
good luck and let me know if you need any help on it or how you got on
take care xx |

something i picked up a few years ago.
when your trying to sleep you need the brain to be doing something.
just trying to sleep wont do.
so by making yourself listen to something which is just out of your perfect range of hearing means you use energy and your brain struggles to pick up what is being said.
so it is working overtime. if done right you'll soon find that its later on and youve had a good sleep.
important that other things like daylight, electrical devices and phones are not going to upset the room ambience. |
