I'm off to bed so I'll be having breakfast in about 8 hours and it'll be porridge with diced apple and a load of raspberrys. Great fuel for my run this evening. |

When I start my new diet regime tomorrow I will be forgoing breakfast (and lunch) so today I'm having warm croissants with butter and strawberry jam and coffee |

Porridge - Cranberry, strawberry, raspberry and raisin to be precise with Pineapple juice, a pint of water and a massive mug of tea.
Then off to the gym in an hour or so |
