I understand it's different for everyone and you have to learn what works for you but no matter how many times or how brutally honest I am with a guy about what works and what doesn't, I am still unable to cum.

I've never squirted OP but I enjoy sex as much as the next woman and I don't always cum either! I can make myself cum in no time but alot of men seem to struggle with this as they think you're a robot and can just cum caus they've played with or licked your clit. Takes abit more than that for me.

Only a very good tongue or my bullet can make me cum and it can take a while. I've never been able to cum during actual sex no matter how good it's been. There are 3 or 4 things that can cause an orgasm and 3 or 4 thousand things that can stop it. (numbers are made up) it is largely to do with your head space, As Joe said can you cum? if so, doing what? tell some one what to do during is a sure fire block, perhaps telling someone what to do 3 weeks before you meet may work so long as you are not focused on it at the time, may work...

Could be that or you are not letting go, I use to date a girl who tried to delay her orgasm so when she came she would come really hard, so much so that when she came she would have multiple ones but sometimes due to her holding back she ended up with a migraines and we would have to stop and go again after a few hours. I might be wrong but maybe you just need to relax trust in your body and just let go |

Have you tried to be one on one with a lady and see if she can help you achieve that orgasm? Some times being with the right women is so intense it will blow your mind which in turn leads to the most amazing orgasm. I can't speak for the guys though.
Try changeing positions throughout and find that one that's right for you.
Maybe restriction like being on bed restraints? I'm not talking bdsm just being restricted and blindfolded, this can help heighten other senses whilst playing?
