Apparently we Britain pooh wrong.. causing piles, diverticulitis and other colorectal disorders.. who knew our pottys were wrong for us..it seems a lot of the rest of the world .... we should be squatting.. |

It's true. If you squat it's a more natural position. GP will advise you to raise your feet when on the loo.
Less strain when emptying your bowel. Better diet, drink more water and increase fibre helps too. Just because we use toilets doesn't mean they are good for us. |

yes I had quite a bit of experience in India. Once you're used to it its fine although some were shall we say slightly more primitive than others |
