I'm soldiering on, cooked my mum's tea washed up and cleaned the bathroom...  I'm a bloke you'd not know I'm poorly really, however all and any sympathy is gratefully received  |

It depends what it is. If it's a cold and I don't have to work then I'll slob around at home, sleeping whenever I can and reeking of menthol oil.
If I have to work then I pull myself together, as much as possible, and put the menthol oil on a tissue in a plastic bag for sniffing as and when needed.
If it's a Lupus flare I go to bed until I am better. Working through that can mean being ill for weeks instead of a day or two.
