Even though my avatar pic was posted the previous year, it's still made page 1 of FF pics for 2016! My profile was hidden last new year so it didn't show as it should have on the top pics of 2015 so I'm pleased it's got the recognition this year. We had fun taking it  |

Oh yeah I agree with you that a lot of what is said in that forums is about playing to the audience.
I should have worded it more along the lines of what people say they like isn't necessarily what they do & vice versa, hence certain types of photos being top of the pics |
