I got this message whilst trying to view thread 'hair pulled' - why cant i see the thread?!

Usually means thread was deleted.

It obviously got posts that meant it got removed from being viewed.

Happens a lot threads going missing

If it was deleted it won't reappear. You will get that message if it was being moved to another section as well as when it has been deleted
