Where the streets have no name |
When I was a child, I wondered why the incredible X wing has no guns aiming backwards...
37 years later and deep knowledge of engineering, I understand why: Luke would have killed Darth Vader in the Death Star and wouldn't have been more episodes...
Thank you, Engineers of the Republic !!! |

Depends entirely on the context in which it's used.
A-wing for interception
Y-wing for an assault on a capital ship or installation
X-wing for a general purpose fighter |

"Now come on which one would you choose for me it's a tough call
Would go for a tie interceptor actually if i was being pedantic
But I think x-wing wins against the basic tie fighter "
I've flown the x wing on playstation vr. Suits my needs. Not much chance decent dogging action in it though |

I got a Disney first order tie fighter for Xmas, just waiting for it from zavvi as it was only £40 as opposed to £60 in TrUS
I'm a big kid really I'll hunt down a same scale X-Wing for my birthday and they'll both hang from the eaves in the kids bedroom, no playing with these!!

Mine arrived today, the 1/12 scale version.....it's as big as a washing machine! Won't be hanging it from the ceiling though, it'll probably pull it down |
