It's called having a will power ... doesn't necessarily have to be a new year resolution ... carry it through any time during the year ... and yes ... I have... several times ...  |

News years resolutions always make laugh as usually they are made due to pressure from others.
When I gave up smoking I simply stopped and said nothing to anyone and when they did start asking I just said I'm not smoking at this time but never put any pursuer in myself.
Resolutions mostly fail because people feel pressure to make them  |
