Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I don't think I need to be taller, but plans are being made for becoming less round.

At 5 foot 1 and a whole half, I am quite happy with my height, now admittedly I'd prefer it if that wasn't also my height lying down, so the diet has begun.

Certainly wanting to slim down after the past month/2 months of exceess everything. I have so many size 10 dresses I can't get into currently I'm having to buy a 12.

January free from alcohol and less food so I can get back to a 10.

Being taller is definitely not wanted as I'm 5.11ft without shoes.

I didn't over indulge.

But always looking for more excuses to get out on the bike!

I've always wondered though, how much do you need to go to excess to put on a stone in a week?

A lb of fat = 3500 calories so you'd need to eat 49,000 extra calories to put on a stone. That's a lot of mince pies.

Wolverhampton

Ate far too much rubbish from 5th December right through till yesterday.

Have my mojo back, have joined the gym and the dog is going to be walked till her little legs get shorter.

I am kissing some weight goodbye before my summer holidays to Benidorm to celebrate my baby girls 18th birthday...

Bring on the salad

i woudn't buy it, although i did buy all the tra bo ones.

another tip, from me, is to tell yourself all the shit food you eat isn't a treat. tell yourself eating healthily is the treat and you deserve it.
