I'm up washed shaved and just waiting for the sun to come up so I can take a brisk early morning walk to invigorate me for the day ahead ,
then when I get back I'm putting the coffee on and some bacon under the grill for a nice bit of bacon in French stick for breakfast yummy  
who fancies joining me if you do place your orders now for when I get back |

ok how do you like your porridge I like mine so thick the spoon stands up in it will that do honey or fresh blueberries with that ...? I prefer a little sugar in mine made with only milk no water yummy . |
