Ok... bit of a rant... taps... what was wrong with the good old fashioned tap that you turn on and off? More often than not nowadays I find myself performing my old hard-core rave dance moves to get some H2O... believe me.. you don't want to see the moves.. |

"Some of us have trouble turning the knobs at times.
That said, it's not always clear whether it's the foot action, the waving in front of the wall or the in/out under the tap motion.
" I'm with you on that... |

Another automated failure is the toilet flusher. .. the number of times I've set it off when reaching for toilet paper... washing my ass in freezing cold water... my response is usually leaping off the toilet shouting "shiiiit"
Not sure what the guys in the bathroom are thinking... |

"The 'need' will be water preservation and hygiene btw
I don't like those push down ones that you can't turn off manually.
"
The ones that turn off the minute you let go so you can't rinse your hands? |

No, the ones that keep running wasting water long after your hands are dry. |

What I don't understand is you can flush the toilet and turn on the taps without touching them but you've to touch the toilet doors and the soap dispenser!
The toilet flush is no use if you have long nails when you've to push the button in as you can't press hard enough. |

I use some of my clothing to grab the door on the way out and then use a foot to get it open |

My bath tap has a temperature regulator on it. You can't have a really hot bath. Strangely though, I have to turn the temperature down when I have a shower. |
