I won't be flying Emirates, drinking Coca-Cola, using my Visa card or wearing Adidas until the sponsors put more pressure on FIFA to get rid of that odious little Septic Bladder. They're the ones with all the power.
Okay, I might use the Visa but only debit, no credit. |

"due to the debacle of the FIFA leadership vote, England should follow Scotland's example and not play at future world cup finals
"
having seen England at recent World Cups I'd argue we haven't been turning up for years!
FIFA lurches from crisis to crisis and the hypocrisy of a man calling for "respect" while in a permanent strop is beyond me.
Leave em to it.they'll only change if a major sponsor or two pulls out. |

I think we should qualify for 2018 and on the day of our first match we should simply go home and leave them to it. We'd be a seeded team which would mean if we withdrew, two unseeded teams would go through from our group throwing the knockout stages into total disarray.
Personally, I've already made the decision not to watch 2018 at all. I intend to take Siren and the kids away for a nice long holiday somewhere where the world cup won't reach us. Safari in Africa maybe.
And I don't think England should bid for a world cup again - ever! Fuck 'em. Who wants a load of freeloading johnny foreigners over here anyway. |
