Many women lose their sex drive in early pregnancy and many gain it back as the pregnancy goes along.
Lots of cuddles, massages, sensual play may help relax her but won't guarantee sex....

Most women lose it at the being of pregnancy due to all the sudden hormones and morning sickness etc but as she goes into the second trimester she will gain some of her energy back....some women even get a higher sex drive at certain points during their pregnancy so the wait maybe rewarded lol at the end of the pregnancy she will lose it again especially if bump is pretty big just because it's uncomfortable.... Once baby is here just be patient and helpful with the baby and it will return but try not to force it before she is ready or it will take longer to come back. First 3 months of both my pregnancies were spent either vomiting or feeling hungry. I was literally either one of the other 100% of the time and being sick/being hangry aren't the biggest turn ons.
After the first trimester passed though I couldn't get enough of sex. So it may change yet but there are no guarantees.
