I drink enough tea to sink a battleship in the morning anyway, coffee only comes into the equation at night time.
Soft drinks wise, I've always got a bottle of Tesco Orange & Mango double strength on the go |

If I'm out I'd usually order a Lime & Soda, if it's an option I like Sanpellegrino Lemonade too.
At home usually water with lemon slices / tea.
My wine substitute is Bottle Green Elderflower. |

"Diet /Pepsi,j2o or orange juice & lemonade.
Think pubs and clubs should be made to sell these at a reasonable price as sometimes more expensive than alcohol " I was in pub recently with two friends and when I ordered 3 drinks my soft drink was free, as I was driving, so I only had to pay for the two glasses of wine. I didn't tell them I was driving or anything. Same when the girls went up. |

Might try the sparkling water idea, since I quit drinking I find myself asking for then I'm buzzzing on caffeine all night! Totally agree about the cost of soft drinks though - outrageous |

That san Pellegrino has more sugar in it than standard coca cola |

Fizzy water, diet or lime and soda in a pub. Unless it's daytime in which case I'll often have a tea or coffee. At home whatever I fancy. Juice, tea (either real, peppermint or pomegranate white tea), coffee, Pepsi max cherry and recently sugarfree Irnbru. I used to drink a lot of milk but I only have it in tea and coffee these days. |

I've always been teetotal, just hate the taste of alcohol and had my drinks spiked at a party when I was 18, so know how being totally d*unk feels, and it's not something I want to experience again...so... I drink in the main still mineral water with ice and a slice, or J2O juices when out in a pub, and various flavour cordial/squashes or water out of my filter jug in the fridge when at home. My hot drink of choice is peppermint tea, I also like other fruit infusions and occasionally hot chocolate. |

If I'm out it's usually Pepsi max, cranberry juice or J2O - at home, coconut water, coconut milk, cherry Pepsi max, different cordials, clementine or apple juice. Wish more pubs and restaurants offered a wider choice of soft drinks though .... |

I don't drink alcohol or eat carbs so whatever is on offer, hot or cold, without sugar.
My preference is coffee with cream and I drink pints of the stuff but I don't feel I have to be sponsored to give it up and it doesn't solve any problems I may have. |
