Admittedly zero personality... Until he starts playing music. Then he has it with the very very best.

Guy Garvie of Elbow. Until you have seen them at a festival you have not lived. I dont even like Elbow. But I have seen few if any who can interact with a crowd like Mr Garvie.

That's an interesting shout. I've only ever seen them on tv at festivals and they are awesome. Hopefully as good in a smaller live setting when I see them in Plymouth

Nick Cave - mesmerising presence on stage.

The guy from the African band Songhoy Blues who've become quite popular is amazing. In fact, I've never seen anyone like him. I saw them in a big tent and I swear everyone was dancing. He even had the sound and lighting guys up and shaking a leg.
