Good evening Fabbers , Friends and Forumites.
I do believe that old Father time has given his hourglass a dashed good shake. With an extra second of sand this year.
The end of an old year and birth of another is always an opportunity for reflection.
It's a splendid idea to forget the bad and focus on the good things about a year.
So chums what positive thing or things have you done this year?
Give yourself a star and a wish.

I got my 6 stone award at slimming world this week
I'm quite proud of myself for getting back on the wagon and loosing 6 stone but i'm even prouder of myself for going to weight in xmas week and loosing 2 pound
My aim for the new year is to loose another 2 and half stone keep it off this time
I find keeping the weight off so hard so that's my main focus |

I lost 2lb with SW this week too, I was only the one in all 3 of my consultant groups to loose this year, so she's text to say I've got a special Award coming my way on Tuesday when I next weigh |

Star: I've finally lost enough weight to have my knee replacement surgery (in fact I'm a stone under what was asked of me)
Wish: to Carry on loosing so I get to my goal dress size of a 12 but it's never something that's come easy for me it's took me 4 years to get where I am now but I'm still going

Thank you and it's not until 15th of Feb, can't come fast enough, it'll be nice to start working on my getting my fitness back up again once recuperated as my knee trouble a limited me |

Star: I sold my flat and finally moved into a semi. It's not huge, only two bedrooms, but it has a little garden and a drive and it's all mine 
Wish: to knuckle down at the gym and with the diet, and shift the last 4 stone and get rid of my spare tyre! |
